G&M Implement’s USED equipment warranty policies

G&M Implement does its’ best to accurately represent the condition of all used equipment that we sell. It is however the purchaser responsibility to look over all equipment before buying. G&M Implement must stress, that it is the purchasers’ responsibility to know what he/she is buying. All used equipment is sold as is on the lot, with no warranty implied. Any service work for repairs, installation and or adjustments is not figured into the price of the equipment. Any warranty or exceptions, if any, must be clearly written on purchase order before signed by you and a representative of G&M Implement Inc.
Delivery of equipment is your responsibility. Delivery options are available and can be made at time of purchase.
Any additional services such as but not limited: to hooking equipment up to a tractor, any wiring, installing monitors and any adjustments, are subject to additional charges to cover the cost of such labor and parts.

This document supersedes of any commitments made verbally or written.
